The Process
We will come and evaluate your property to see if its a good fit for the short term rental market, and have a formal discussion with landlord
Come to agreement with landlord on rental term and conditions. We will sign the lease as well as an addendum to capture all lease alterations.
Our Design and staging team will take control of the property to furnish the unit with all required furniture and Airbnb essentials
Once unit is ready to go we create a short term listing exclusively through the Airbnb platform.
Through Airbnb we have have the option to diligently choose who we will be allowing to stay. We are able top see guest' past Airbnb experiences and other hosts reviews. It is just as important to us as it is to you to keep the unit at its highest standards, if we do not then we will receive bad reviews and our business would fail.
Once guest booking is screened and accepted by us the guest' arrive only on their scheduled dates. The maximum stay length we allow is 28 days.
After every guest check out we send our team of cleaners to clean the entire unit up to our OutStanding standards. As well as complete a property inspection to conclude no damages or potential maintenance upsets.
